    1 1/2 cups Nature's Path Flax Plus Multibran Flakes
    1 cup mashed bananas (3 medium)
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1 egg
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup whole grain flour
    1/4 cup ground flax seed
    1/4 cup hemp hearts
    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 cup pecans, chopped
    1/2 cup blueberries


Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare muffin cups. Combine flakes, mashed bananas, milk, egg and oil; mix well. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Add flour mixture all at once to cereal mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fill prepared muffin tin and bake at 400F for about 20 minutes.
