Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces (4 large breast)
    Ham, regular (11% fat), 1 cup, diced
    Swiss Cheese, 4 oz
    Pork skins, plain, 2 oz (crushed)
    *French Fried Onions, 8 tbsp (crushed)
    Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo

Directions

Crush up pork rinds and onion to use as a coating. slit open the breast and stuff with the cheese and ham, then Beat the eggs and coat the chicken in eggs then coat in the crumb mixture, then bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
