    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Half and Half Cream, 2 cup
    *Stevia in the Raw, 3/4 cup
    *Vanilla (Pure Vanilla from Madagascar), 1 tsp

Tips

Making this a light recipe compromises the creaminess of the ice cream and makes it a little more like ice milk but still tastes GREAT! And all for 74 calories a serving!!!


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate 2hr or overnight. Place in chilled electric ice cream bowl and process for 25 minutes. After 15 minutes you can add other ingredients like fruit, chocolate, etc.)
