    Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Lemons, 2 fruit without seeds
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


Garlic and be squeezed out of its covering and served with the potatoes or sved to add to soup, hummus or anything else you would put garlic in.


Peel and dice potatoes into small/med chunks. In a roasting dish add the olive oil. Roll diced potates int eh oil. Add Lemons cut into wedges and garlic (unpeeled and slightly crushed). Add slat and pepper. Roast until broen and crispy. Serve after removing lemons.
