    Spinach, frozen, 250 grams
    Tofu, firm, 300 grams
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Phyllo Dough, 3 sheet dough
    Yellow Sweet Corn, 75 cup kernels
    Onions, raw, 2 small
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, .3 cup (not packed


Defrost corn and spinach
Saute onion and garlic
Crumble tofu
Mix all ingredients (except phyllo)

Lay the phyllo sheets in alternating 90 degree angles on a small baking dish (23 x 15 cm)
Fill with tofu spinach mix
Fold over excess phyllo to make the top
Light spray with oil
Bake for 40-50 mins at 180 degrees Celsius

Rest for 5 minutes
