Ingredients

    1 Cup of Ice
    1 Package Carnation Instant Breakfast French Vanilla flavor
    1Cup Frozen Fruit, Berries, or fresh bananas
    1 Cup Fat Free Milk
    Slenda to taste if desired

Directions

Crush Ice in a Blender
Add all other ingredients and blend well. This will make one extra large shake or could be divided up into smaller ones. The entire mix is less than 300 calories. And the Carnation gives it extra added protein.
