    cut veggies into bite size pieces. leave garlic whole. mix everything together right in roasting pan.

    roast 400degrees for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

  • why don't you list the veggies that you are roasting? Maybe you could try using root veggies like, beets turnips,rutabaggas, sweet potatoes,parsnips. They are all food for you and vert tasty. - 1/22/08
