A very easy gluten free/dairy free version of spagetti bolognaise A very easy gluten free/dairy free version of spagetti bolognaise

    A small bottle of V8 vegetable juice, low sodium
    500 grams of ground beef/mince, lean
    1 heaped tsp potato flour/starch
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp Vegeta
    1 tbsp lemon grass

    500 grams of gluten free pasta


Top with a small amount of parmesan or cheddar cheese, if you like. Don't forget to add to tracker though!


Boil pasta as per instructions.
Brown mince, add bottle of V8, simmer and stir occationally. Near the end of the pasta cooking, mix with a small amount of filtered water the remaining ingredients until it forms a fluidy paste. Add to the mince/V8 mixture and allow to boil while stirring for a few minutes. It won't thicken alot, just enough.

Drain pasta, add to sauce.
