    White Bread, 3 cups
    Oats, 1 cup
    Soy Flour, 3 tbsp
    Light Flora, 30 g
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder 3 tsp


prepare baking pan and put over on 180 degree Celcius
mix all ingredients, add water and fold in lightly until a stiff dough.
form small balls in the palm of your hand, pull it flat on the baking pan.
When all is done, bake in oven until light brown.
Serve with Chick pea Salad
