    1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
    1/4 cup enchilada sauce
    4 8inch flour tortillas
    black olives
    sour cream


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown turkey in a pan until cooked thru.
Add seasoning and black beans and mix well.

Spray a pan with non-stick spray .
Lay one tortilla down and layer with meat bean mix & a little cheese. Repeat until tortillas are gone (will have meat left over). Top with enchilada sauce & cheese.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Garnish with olives and sour cream.
