    light butter
    dried fruit
    unsweetened coconut


melt honey and butter spread together. Mix all dry ingredients togethe in crock pot and toss thoroughly with melted honey/butter. cook in crock pot (with a chopstick crackig the lid) on high 3-4 hours, stirring every so often. Cool on tray and eat like cereal, heated up with milk or over yogurt.
