    1 1/2 cups of brown rice
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled
    1 tbs. butter
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup choped onion


Cook brown rice with chopped onion according to package. Add extra water. Shred boiled chicken and add to rice. Add soup, salt and pepper and simmer until done.
