    6 oz. chicken breast - cut up
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp corn starch
    1 cup green onion - cut
    3/4 cup fresh pineapple cut into chunks
    2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar
    2 tbsp Ketchup
    1 cup diced tomato
    1 packet herb ox chicken bouillon mixed in 1 cup hot water.
    1 cup green pepper - cut into strips


Cut shciken into strips or pieces.

Spray skillet with Pam and cook onion and green pepper til tencer and crisp. Set aside til later.

Spray skillet with Pam and add chicken and cook .

Mix vinegar, cornstarch, chicken broth,sugar and ketchup together in container. Add this to chicken in skillet and stir until sauce thickens.

Add onion and green pepper to skillet and stir in pineapple chuncks then cover until heated. Add tomato on top and it;s ready to serve! Good over brown rice! Makes 2 servings = 5 Weight Watcher points.
