    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Habiniero Pepper, .5 serving (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cilantro, dried, .33 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 2 fl oz (remove)


the 1/2 habiniero pepper makes it zingy, not too hot


Preheat oil, saute shallots and peppers, add rest of ingredients, saute, add chickent stock to heat. Pure wtih immersion blender
