    1/2 # Lean Ground Beef
    1 small Onion, chopped
    1/2 c Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/4 c Celery, chopped
    1 1/3 C Instant Brown Rice
    3 c (2cans) Diced Tomatoes, with garlic
    1/2 medium head Green Cabbage, thinly sliced
    1t cinnamon
    1t garlic powder
    1/2 c water


Brown ground beef in skillet and drain well. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes,or until cabbage is wilted and rice is plump, stirring ocasionally.

Makes 5 generous 1 1/2 c servings
