    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Butter, salted, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Jams, preserves, jelly, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Powdered Sugar, 1 cup, unsifted (remove)
    *Almond Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .1 cup (remove)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. combine flour and butter as per pie crust. I used food processor. Add cottage cheese and mix until smooth. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Roll out into 1/8 inch and cut with 3 inch cutter. Put 1/4 tsp of jam in center of each circle and seal with a little water to make a pocket. Put on greased cookie sheet. Do your best to make sure they are sealed. Poke each with a fork. Bake 15 minutes.
Combine powdered sugar with almond extract and milk to make a drizzle. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
