    5 eggs
    10 steak fries chopped
    2/3 cup chopped onions
    1 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup sausage crumbles
    3/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
    1 cup water


In a large frying pan cook peppers and onions in half a cup of water. After a few minutes add the sausage and cook until almost done. Add the fries and cook another minute. Mix the eggs and the remaining water and beat until frothy. Stir the eggs into the scramble and cook until set. Cover with cheese and serve.
