    2 cups spinach
    1 cup bok choy, chopped
    1 cup romaine lettuce
    1 red bell pepper
    1 plum tomato
    2 green onions
    1 can mandarin oranges
    6 oz. cooked turkey breast
    4 tbsp Trader Joe's Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette


You could also just make this in two separate bowls.


Chop veggies into desired sizes.

Mix spinach, bok choy, and lettuce in a large bowl. Add the veggies and mandarin orange segments. Top with sliced turkey and spicy peanut vinaigrette.
