Number of Servings: 4


    1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 T Olive oil
    1 t cumin
    1 t coriander
    3/4 t sea salt


Mixed all ingredients together and serve. Can be heated in the microwave for 2 minutes and served warm also.
