    1 Cup Dry Black Beans,
    2 Cups Water
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tsp. ground Cumin
    1 tsp. Paprika
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper


Soak beans 6 -8 hours, drain and rinse, cook till tender, about 45 minutes.

Place beans and other ingredients together in blender or food processor combine till mixed.

Refrigerate, use on pita or wrap or tortilla chips.
