    2 Lb Boneless Skinless chicken thigh, cut in 1 oz pieces
    2 Cups 2% milk
    4.25 C cold water
    2T Maggi chicken bullion
    2 T Corn Starch


Cut up chicken into 1 oz pieces and place in bottom of 9" x 13" . In large pot combine milk, 4 cups water, and Maggi. Heat milk mixture over medium heat, combine corn starch and water. Bring to boil and slowly add slurry, continue to boil 2 min. pour soup mixture over chicken , bake for 30-40 min or until cooked through.
