Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce

Goldbaums brown rice pasta
2 Large boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Directions:
Cut chicken into chunks
Boil noodles
Chop up green & red peppers, onion, and fresh parsley
Add chicken to nonstick skillet, when chicken is halfway cooked add green & red peppers, onion, and fresh parsley
Stir frequently
In a small dish combine Thyme, Powdered parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, Garlic Pepper, Fresh Garlic (I did this all from feel so taste can vary depending on how much you want to add)
Add mixture to chicken simmer on medium for 10 minutes
Add light olive oil to noodles
Place noodles on plate; add chicken mixture on top of noodles, then top off with fresh grated parmesan
Serving Size: 5 one and half cup servings
