Ingredients

    214 g mashed banana (approximately 2 med)
    2 large eggs
    10 g honey
    dash cinnamon
    dash nutmeg

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in bowl. Place .25 Cup of batter in pan set on medium. Flip when bubbles form around edges, then continue cooking until cooked.

Serving Size: 1 pancake (.25 C batter)
