    *Wheatberries 1/2c Cooked, 2 cup (remove)
    Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    Kale, 350 grams (remove)
    Parsley, 0.5 cup (remove)


Cook wheatberries and lentils according to packages. Drain. Mix with sauteed vegetables. Stir all ingredients together and then add parsley. If using dressing, mix in last.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (approximately 1 cup)
