Easy meatballs that can be frozen for later use. Easy meatballs that can be frozen for later use.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb Turkey, Lean Ground (as lean as you can find)
    2 Stalks Celery, Chopped
    1 Cup Onion, Chopped
    1 tsp Cumin, Ground
    1 tsp Coriander, Ground
    1 tsp Thyme, Ground
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, Diced
    1 tsp Mustard


To up the protein, you can add 1/4 cup of low fat cheddar cheese before forming the meatballs.
For a quick meal, add a salad or some rice or both.


1. Mix everything together, except for Turkey.
2. After mixing spices & chopped veggies together, add the Ground Turkey.
3. Mix well & then form 8 equally sized meatballs.
4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
