    6 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tbsp all purpose flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ground allspice
    1/8 tsp ground cloves
    1/4 tsp salt

    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/3 cup butter softened


1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and salt together in a large mixing bowl until apples are coated.
3. Turn apple mixture into a 2.5 qt baking dish, spread evenly.
4. In a separate mixing bowl combine all topping ingredients. Mix together with a pastry blender until crumbly throughout. Sprinkle topping mixture over apple mixture.
5. Bake for 50 min or until apples are soft and topping is golden brown.
