    3 C oats
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 C oat bran

    1/2 C sorghum
    1 C coconut water
    4-8 T tap water
    1/2 C applesauce (no sugar added)
    2 tsp vanilla extract

    3/4 C raisins
    1 C frozen blueberries
    1/2 C chopped pecans


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat in the liquid ingredients.
Stir in the raisins, blueberries, and pecans.
Spread in a 9 x 13 lightly oiled pan.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
Cool. Serve warm or cold.

Serving Size: makes 39 1 x 3 inch pieces
