    1/4 cup miso (red miso if you have it)
    1.5 cups chopped scallions
    3 Tbs rice vinegar
    3 tsp grated ginger
    1 garlic clove grated or pressed
    2 tsp agave nectar
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1/2-3/4 cup of water


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.

Start off with 1/2 a cup of water add more if you desire a thinner consistency.

Serving Size: 4 servings about 1/4 cup each
