    Canadian Bacon, 3 slices
    Broadbeans (fava beans), fresh, 200 grams
    Peas, frozen, 200 grams
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped


you can replace bacon with Asparagus (or just add asparagus leaving the bacon in)


warm Fava beans then remove outer husk. pleace in steamer, add peas and steam. When cooked add chopped bacon and spring onion (shallot) that has been fried in non-stick pan. Mix and serve
