    1 can tuna, water packed
    1 can Salmon, 12 oz.
    2 eggs
    1 cup buckwheat flour
    1/2 cup canola oil


Mix canned tuna and canned salmon (bones and skin removed) in a medium bowl. Stir in buckwheat flour and beaten egg. Heat oil in frying pan. Form patties and fry until browned on both sides in oil. Drain on paper towels
