Ingredients

    1 TBSP Ex. Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 large onion, diced
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1- 14 1/2 oz can of Diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1- 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
    2 TBSP of tomato paste
    2 TBSP of dried parsley
    1 TBSP of Oregano
    2 Sprigs of Thyme
    1 Stalk of Rosemary

Directions

Preheat a large sauce pan over med-high heat.
While pan is heating, dice the onion and garlic.
Add the onion and garlic to the pan with about a TBSP of Olive oil, turn heat down to medium.
After onions are golden, add the remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
Remove the thyme sprigs and the rosemary stalk.

Serve with Spaghetti and meatballs..YUM!
