    two bunches asparagus ends removed and washed
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 oz feta chopped fine
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste


place asparagus in a bowl add olive oil salt and pepper toss to coat spread on a cookie sheet Heat oven to 400 degrees roast in the oven 8-10 mins
