    Cooking Spray
    1 box lemon cake mix
    2 sticks Smart Balance buttery sticks
    1/2 c smuckers low sugar strawberry preserves
    1 8 oz. pkg. reduced fat cream cheese
    2 Tbs. Truvia baking blend
    1/4 cup flour
    1 egg
    5 oz frozen margarita mix thawed
    (optional 1/8 t. salt, 1/8 t. vanilla)


Use waxed paper to spread the crust mixture.


Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Mix cake mix & Smart Balance until crumbly, reserve 1 cup & press rest into pan. Top with preserves, spread to coat. Beat remaing ingredients EXCEPT margarita mix on high spead with electric mixer until smooth, add margarita mix and beat on low until well blended. Pour over crust & preserves. Dot top with reserved crum mixture. Bake 34 minutes or until edges are browned and center is set.
