    9 1/2 c homemade chicken stock (or equivilent reconstituted concentrated chicken stock)
    36 baby carrots, cut into thirds
    10 oz dry pasta (radiatori, bowtie, elbow, other small or linguini or egg noodles cut to appropriate size)
    1 2/3 c frozen corn
    10 1/2 oz roasted chicken cut up (or uncooked chicken breast)


If using uncooked chicken breast, you will add to the stock prior to the carrots and poach (bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes). Remove from broth, let cool and cut into bite size pieces, then follow the recipe below.

Add chicken stock to a large stock pot and toss the carrots in. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, add dry pasta and cook 8 minutes. Add chopped chicken and corn. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm through and serve.

Makes 10 approximately 1 cup servings.
