Ingredients

450g fresh singapore noodles
2 garlic cloves, crushed
5cm peice fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 (150g) lean pork butterfly steaks
canola cooking oil spray
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 bunch choy sum, trimmed and chopped
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tsp cracked pepper
Directions
1. place noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 2-3 mins or until tender. Drain. Return to bowl
2. Combine garlic, ginger and soy sauce in a jug. Place pork on a plate. Drizzle with garlic mixture. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with pepper.
3. Spray a lge frying pan with oil. Heat over med-high heat. Cook pork for 2-3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Reserve marinade.
4. Spray a wok with oil. Heat over med-high heat. Add sesame seeds. Cook for 1 min or until light brown. Add reserved marinade and choy sum. Cook for 2-3 mins or until choy sum is just wilted. Add noodles, oyster sauce and 2tbs cold water. Cook for 2-3 mins or until heated through. Serve with pork.
