    Zucchini
    Avocado
    Tomato
    Scallion
    Mushroom
    Garlic
    Cayenne
    Turmeric
    Tamari

Good with hash browns or brown rice


Directions

Saute veggie and tofu one after another tofu, mushroom, zucchini, scallion at a time with some of the butter and spice. add tomato and avocado at the end stir in tamari when tomato & avo are warm taste and adjust spice.
