Ingredients

    5 Carrots
    2 Large Onions
    I small head cabbage chopped
    1 zucchini
    1 green pepper
    2 pounds lean ground beef
    3 cans diced tomatoes no salt added
    1 can low salt Tomato soup
    6 cups water with 2 Tbsp low salt beef broth mix






Directions

Cook your beef in a non-stick pan.
Mean while put all other ingredients in a large pot and simmer. Add beef once done. Simmer for as long as you want. Flavour gets better the more it simmers. Enjoy.
