Great low carb tacos! Good clean eating. Great low carb tacos! Good clean eating.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb extra lean ground turkey
    1 C red bellpepper, chopped
    1 C onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp garlic powder
    2 Tbsp onion powder
    1/4 C soy sauce
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    16 leaves of butter lettuce


Add olive oil to pan and heat until oil begins to sizzle, or pops with the addition of water.

Saute onions until transluscent. Add turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper and brown for approximately 5 minutes. Add bellpepper and continue to brown until thoroughly cooked. Add soy sauce and mix in.

Use 4 lettuce leaves, each, and make lettuce tacos with the delicious filling!

Serving Size: 4 servings of approximately 4 oz of meat mixture and 4 lettuce leaves
