    4 - Perdue Bone in Chicken Breast(w/skin)
    1/4 C. Felippio Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1T. Dried Rosemary Leaves
    1T. Dried Thyme
    1T. Kosher Salt
    1t. Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Olive Oil and seasonings in a bowl. Rub Mixture on Chicken Breast making sure to rub underneath the skin. Place chicken breast in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1-1/2 hours remove foil and bake for thirty more minutes. Remove from oven let rest for five minutes before serving.
