    Onions, raw, 2 cup, sliced
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 5 tsp
    Water, tap, 4 fl oz (


i was doind cabbage soup diet and created this the day i needed to eat fruits and veg together. it turned out so well. i have made it repeatedly.. super great for vegans and vegetarians alike! have even added to fu and its stil great!!!


slice everything. add non stick cooking spray to pan then add onions then garlic then apples then mushrooms. cooking each till slightly wilted before adding the next one.. add worcestershire sauce,, when cooked down a bit before pqn starts to stick, deglaze with water , turn heat down , cover, simmer till done..
