Ingredients

10 grams rolled oats
4 dried apricot halves
10 grams sultanas
10 grams pumpkin seeds
120 mils low fat milk
I apple
60 grams of yogurt
Tips
You can mix or swap the ingredients to what ever you like remembering to soak most over night (or a little longer) but don't add the fresh fruit until the morning, as it will spoil.
I use the apricot yogurt to match the dried apricots.
Directions
Mix the rolled oats, dried apricots (cut into smaller pieces - about the size of sultanas), pumpkin seeds and sultanas in a bowl.
Pour in the milk and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerated over night.
In the morning heat slightly in the microwave for 30 seconds if you don't want it cold.
Grate in an apple and add the yogurt mixing all well.
Eat.
