    ROSARITA Refried beans,traditional, 1 can
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 1 pkg
    Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Beef Bouillon Concentrate, 2 tsp
    Burrito Size Flour Tortillas - 8 tortillas
    Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup, shredded
    Fresh Salsa, 16 tbsp


Beans and rice make a complete protein!


Cook brown rice according to package directions, in beef bouillon, onions and water.
Combine refried beans and taco seasoning, and heat through.
Steam tortillas in microwave to soften.
Spread 1/4 cup warmed beans on tortilla, top with 1/4 cup rice, 1 Tbsp cheese and 2 Tbsp salsa.
Roll tortilla and serve with desired condiments.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
