Ingredients

    2 pounds ground sirloin
    1 onion chopped
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 (8) oz can tomato sauce
    1 (8) oz jar salsa
    1/4 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp chile powde
    1 (15) oz can cream style corn
    1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

Directions

In a large skillet, cook the sirloin, onion and garlic, about 8 minutes or until meat is done. Drain any excess grease. Add the tomato sauce, salsa, cumin,chile powder, and corn, mixing well. Simmer on simmer for an additional 20 minutes on low. Add the cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
