Ingredients

Melt 2 Tablespoons of margarine in a pan add 1/2 Cup chopped onions cook till starting to change color. add 1Tablespoon Whole Wheat Flour, salt, pepper and garlic (I guestemated the amounts of each I just sprinkled to taste) and stir till thickens. Add to that 8pieces of caulighflower florets to a blender and blend 1cup of milk. Add that to the thickened margarine and stir till it gets thicker. add 1/2 cup cheese melt and add 4cups of w.w pasta (I used rotini but you can use anything!) enjoy!
