    1/3 cup each millet, quinoa & amaranth
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    5 cups water
    pinch of sea salt


Other grains can be used in this recipe.


Rinse grains. Put all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 25-30 minutes.
