    1 cup carrots diced or use baby carrots and you do not need to cut them
    salt and pepper for seasoning or MRS DASH Original blend


Cut and peel carrots into dice size pieces or use baby carrots and there is no need to cut
add to a sauce pan, and cover with water about 1 inch about the carrots, let boil until tender. Add to bowl and mash just like mash potatoes, add a little water if it seems too dry, add cilantro and season to taste
