Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 c. Gold Medal whole wheat flour
    1 c. milk
    1tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp. sugar
    2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

Combine all ingredients, cook on griddle that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Serve with syrup, or fresh fruit.
