    1 cup long grain Brown Rice
    1/2 cup Lentil
    1 package Birds Eye Steamfresh Chef's Favorites Lightly Seasoned Asian Medley
    2 Tbsp. Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp
    1/2 cup unsalted dry roasted Peanuts
    1/4 cup shredded part skim mozarella cheese
    3 cups water


Cook rice in 2 cups of water, about 50 minutes.
Cook lentils in 1 cup of water, about 20 minutes.
When rice and lentils are cooked, heat vegetables in fry pan with peanut, till thawed, add rice, lentils, and peanuts. Top with cheese when mixed.

Serving Size: 4 (1+ cup servings)
