    1/3 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    Dash salt
    2 (6 oz each) Chicken Breasts
    1 tsp Olive oil
    3/4 TBSP Lite Soy Sauce
    3/4 TBSP Steak Sauce
    3/4 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
    3/4 TBSP Olive oil
    1.5 tsp Lime Juice
    1 medium tomato, finely chopped


Lighly pound chicken breasts so that they are an even thickness - about 1/4-1/2" thick
In a small bowl, combine pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat - swirling pan to coat bottom
Cook chicken (smooth side down) for 5 minutes.
Flip chicken and cook 5 more minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm
In the same skillet stir in all remaining ingredients (except tomato).
Increase heat to medium-high and heat just to boiling, scraping the sides and bottom of skillet to dislodge any browned bits.
Remove from heat and spoon sauce over chicken.
Top with tomatoes
