Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 1/2 tbs Crushed red pepper
1 lg white onion
3 strips bacon ( diced)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
10 cups water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup light cream
4-5 large russet potatoes ( chopped in large pieces)

Directions
makes (12) 1-cup servings
Sautee ground turkey and crushed red pepper in a large stock pot. Set aside. In the same pan saute bacon pieces, onion and garlic for 15 min. or until onions are soft. Mix water and chicken bouillon together, then add to onions,bacon, garlic. Cook until boiling, Add potatoes and cook until soft, about 20-30 min. Add light cream and cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in sausage. Add kale just before serving. Delicious!
